Let's Glow Up!
I keep seeing this on my for you page. WTF is Glowing Up?
From what I've gathered, it's about setting small but impactful goals to keep on becoming the BEST version of yourself and I'm here for it!
When the alarm goes off the 1st time I will get up. Not wait for the 2nd or 3rd to go off. Yes, I set 3 alarms. (Weekends don't count)
Not eating all the things I want to when I want but to plan for them. I have a closet full of clothes and it pains me to be limited by what I can wear due to if it fits or not.
Choosing to FEEL GOOD! I've discovered that I actually need to choose to feel the way I do and can't let this be dictated to me by how my day goes. Things are never going to be perfect and stuff happens.
I like the 555 rule - will this matter in 5 days, 5 months, 5 years?
Moving my body more. I like walk and now that the good weather is here and the sun sets later to add in my after dinner walks.
Why is it we keep the promises we make to other people but not ourselves? I'm going to choose to keep the promises to myself.
This is the Boot Camp if you will the the next phase which is HOT GIRL SUMMER and figuring out what the heck that is and looks like to me! So stay tuned for that post.
The thing to keep in mind with your Glow Up is what does it look like for you? Not what other people think or society but you. Keep it realistic.
